ProudLegal is the legal and business services practice of Proud Technologies Pvt. Ltd. We act for individuals, families, MSMEs, startups and companies across India in litigation, criminal defence, family matters, tax disputes, company registration, licences, intellectual property and compliance.
Alongside these services, ProudLegal runs a business marketplace for selling, buying and raising funds for businesses, and an investor meet. We also provide business valuation, pitch decks, due diligence, M&A and corporate restructuring support, which draws on the same legal, secretarial and tax team.
Our team
Most client problems cross professional boundaries. A GST notice may need an advocate and a chartered accountant; a company formation needs a company secretary and a tax view; a business dispute may involve contracts, cheques and criminal complaints at once. Our team includes:

Our founder
ProudLegal is led by Advocate Naresh Kalra, who holds an LLB and an MCA and has more than 20 years of experience. His work spans litigation, fundraising and pre-IPO advisory, equity structuring and technology law. He has consulted with the Enforcement Directorate on the PMLA court e-filing module, work that brought together his legal practice and his background in computer applications.
How we work and the standards we keep
- Written fees. We tell you the fee, and what it covers, in writing before work starts. Government fees, court fees and stamp duty are shown separately.
- Honest assessment. We tell you the strengths and weaknesses of your matter. We do not promise outcomes, because no lawyer honestly can.
- Confidentiality. What you share with us is kept confidential and used only for your matter.
- Regular updates. You receive an update after every hearing, filing or significant step, and copies of what is filed on your behalf.
- One point of contact. Each matter has a person responsible for it, even where several professionals work on it.

Where we are
Our office is at SCO-437, 4th Floor, Medallion 68, Sector 68, Mohali, Punjab 160062, and is open Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 7:00 pm IST. We serve clients across India: much of our work, including consultations, document review and online filings, is done by phone, WhatsApp, email and video call, and we appear before courts and authorities where the matter requires.
