Cancellation Policy

At ProudLegal.in, we value your time and commitment. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our legal professionals.

Service Cancellations

Consultations & Bookings: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time will be eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.

Document Services & Filings: Cancellations requested before work begins will receive a full refund. If work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued depending on the progress.

Subscription Plans

Clients can cancel their subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds are issued for unused time.

Non-Cancellable Services

Some services, such as government filings, trademark applications, or registrations already submitted, are non-cancellable and non-refundable once initiated.

No-Show Policy

If a client fails to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the session will be marked as completed and no refund/reschedule will be applicable.
